We enjoyed our stay at this hotel near the beach and business area. The hotel had great facilities, including a huge pool and a lovely café/restaurant. The location was convenient, being near a shopping mall, and the beach was clean and comfortable. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it's close to the working area, shopping mall, and right on the beach. the big bathroom and spacious room with comfortable bedding are noteworthy. There are restaurants nearby that serve fresh seafood at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and responsive. Laundry service is quick, and the swimming pool is nice.
The hotel's cleanliness is poor, and the towels are old and yellowish.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location in a Malay village provided a unique and cultural experience. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, from room service to wake-up calls. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of a refrigerator and electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room. the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment.
This place is perfect for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with brand new air conditioning and flat screen TVs. The breakfast was limited but had unusual options worth trying. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and views of the oil refinery area.
The facilities were outdated, especially the bathrooms, and could use modernization. There weren't many indoor or beach activities available.
